        Not even 1 Star. If youre going to raise your voice at customers (on the phone) before theyve even booked the taxi, maybe you should be in another line of work. I tried to book a taxi. I told the driver where I wanted to go, he didnt hear me, he then proceeded to get irate and raise his voice at me. Absolutely zero customer service. Dont waste your time.

        Phoned short notice for a funeral, receptionist shuffled the drivers , taxi arrived on time, dropped us off, then picked us up later from the wake again on time. Friendly efficient service, clean car. Will definitely use again.Highly recommended.
