Harriet Jebbitt was absolutely amazing in my recruitment process, extremely understanding, very easy to talk to, helped me with my anxiety surrounding my interview and very helpful with any questions, practically had her on speed dial as she was amazing responding to anything I needed and even went out of her way to contact me after the interview to check if I was okay! Approached me with an offer in email, I replied. Promised to call me never happened. Highly credible "professionals"!!! Follow up: I contacted he agency who said the person in question, A...x, had called me. Mysteriously I had no missed calls and no message was left, that is the industry standard, when you cannot get hold of someone. Another tick for their honesty.
