        We were really happy with the care. Staff were always friendly and kept us updated They were always available to answer any questions. The home is modern and clean and with a lovely garden. We particularly liked the lounge area with coffee bar where we could all sit and chat when visiting.

        I have visited Ferndown Manor several times and have always been made to feel welcome by the friendly professional staff. All the staff I have met have a lovely bond with the residents who are treated with kindness and respect. There is a wide variety of activities for the residents to participate in and I have seen residents really enjoy these, encouraged by the staff. The home has always been clean and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. I would recommend Ferndown Manor to anyone considering residential care for a relative.
