Make sure you are aware if you buy in the shop, they will not refund all your money if you feel it isnt what you really wanted or didnt suit your requirements. My parents lost a considerable sum of money, only having tried the item for four days and then returning and even though I and they have tried to get some communication with someone, they have ignored us. Would not recommend them at all.

Purchased a folding scooter from this company and after 4 weeks it broke down, we took it back for repair and after 4 days collected it, unfortunately it still did not work. They took 3 weeks, with us having to telephone constantly and them never returning the calls, the after sales of this company is appalling and it took 3 weeks and several calls for them to return our money.

Tony was really helpful with my Dads questions and we ended up purchasing a scooter from the Wimborne shop who were also really helpful and friendly.
