        Probably has to be one of the worst companies that I have dealt with. Not sure that customer service was part of the training. We were advised incorrectly when we put our offer in that probate was nearly complete, which was not the case and this very nearly lost us the sale with our buyer. Just prior to completing the estate agents advised that they had been to the property and it was clear and we were advised that there was just a piece of wood for the sellers to collect which I agreed was fine. It was not just a piece of wood, it was a whole garden and garage full of stuff which I now have to pay to clear as surprisingly they take no responsibility and neither does their client.

        Our moving experience was really enhanced by the advice and support from the team at Connells, Ferndown. We were really delighted they sold our house so quicky and successfully but, due to issues in the chain, the process of moving across the country proved painfully slow. So we were extremely grateful for the support and encouragement from Claire and her colleagues.
