I went to park garage tdm as I had a problem with my car which needed to be sorted. They managed to fix the problem which was a tough job and cost me 241. However only days later I noticed a screw cane loose on the side of my car so one panel was hanging out. I contacted park garage again telling them this, to which they said they would sort it and to bring it in the following day. As I took my car back in I was told hed fit it around his schedule and sort it, I got a call later on saying it was fixed and ready to collect. I hadnt received a call verifying the price at all and as I collected my car I was charged just under 40 for the job of repairing a singular screw, which didnt seem like a big job but I am more frustrated that I was not even contacted/informed about a price, just a call to say its done!. I was under the impression that i was being given a favour, considering Id spent 241 there the week prior and had not been contacted of the work being done to my car in terms of the price. Since the two recent jobs on my car the performance of the car has somewhat deteriorated. The lads are all very friendly, nice and quick in the garage however I feel that not informing/communicating with me about a price and just simply charging me is out of order and cheeky.
