Ordered a Hag office chair from here for my home office, very recently. I had done some research myself so I knew what I wanted but the team were very happy to help with my decision as it was a big purchase. They asked me if I wanted them to put it together or if I wanted to get it direct from the manufacturer. I told them I would put it together and they They sent me links to instructional videos about how to put it together without me asking. I had additional questions about the chair afterwards and they were very quick to respond and help with my queries. I love the chair and I dont think Ill be buying another for a while. But if I was I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again thanks to their quick and helpful service. Cheers, Donald

I had some ergonomic office equipment recommended, delivered and installed by Osmond. Great service all round, though they are quite busy, so it can take time finding a slot that works for everyone for installation. I'm typing this on my new workstation, and loving it!

Absolutely appalling service. Took nearly 4 months to get the equipment which was all completely unusable. This was an order through Disabled Students Allowance. The chair was supposedly measured to fit but couldn't not be more wrong, it looks like an offensive caricature of disability equipment. The seat would fit a ten year old but the back would only fit someone over 7 foot. The desk does not line up. After ringing the customer services we were told "the guy in the warehouse shrunk the tops of the desk so they'd fit in the van" which is insane!! Absolutely outraged by this company.

I have worked with Guy, Kevin and the Osmond Group over 20yrs now and find their service very supportive in helping staff work safely and helping me with able to test solutions so that reasonable adjustments are possible.
