    Couldnt really ask for much better service. Georgina and the team have always been professional going above and beyond with their product support/getting orders out to me when Ive left it a little late (Sorry Im trying to be more organised). Lovely people to speak with and would highly recommend you get in contact especially if your a landlord looking for a heating controller that gives you more functionality than anything else on the market.

    Inspire home device went missing in transit. Took a while to resolve. However, after much todo, Inspire has agreed to refund me, so I score them for that. My advice to all is to be patient but persistent (without malice). My learning: Purchase internet items on credit rather than debit for added consumer protection. I'll try purchase again for my airbnb once back in the UK.

    I'm sorry to say that the customer service of this company has dropped off a cliff (it's terrible!!). I've had 6 rely units fail after about 3 years, clearly there is a manufacturing/design fault. The last one failed nearly two weeks ago, I've sent multiple emails and voicemails to Georgina the office manager and I'm still waiting for a resolution, all the time I can't control the heating in my house.. Please sort yourselves out guys..
