I visited here this week and was ignored by office staff until I managed to get someone to bother to look up. I was bluntly informed that they dont have any brochures / catalogues and no samples or products that I could view.
Arrogant & smug staff then insist they are wholesale only & ignored me when I asked what spend amount would be acceptable We buy wholesale regularly so I was surprised they would turn away many 1000s of sales and longer term custom.
They may just as well have a sign on front door saying sod off
No, this is nothing to do with Covid ( no restrictions), just poor training and rude staff who really let down this company
