The treatment was lovely and the lady doing it was very friendly. After the misunderstanding regarding time allowed to spend in the spa itself and the time to arrive for purely treatments, was discussed it worked out well. And like old days. Unfortunately if you had paid for a purely spa day neither the steam room or sauna were working. We really enjoyed it. The lunch was nice too. The manager was very helpful, but the limitations of offers need to be written in to the web page and clarified. Id like to hear about any further offers, as overall it was very nice. Thank you Food & drinks: Sandwiches at lunch time were nice.

This is really well located with superb views. But the food and dining service leave a lot to be desired. Inedible ribs and overcooked chicken strips. Having to ask 3 times for parts of the meal listed on the menu. Watching a waitress break hygiene rules by reaching over the serving counter and eating the food with her fingers. Then picking up plates to serve without hand washing. My companions had good food and enjoyed it. The rest of my meal was good. And nicely presented. They really need to properly train their serving staff. It's a shame as it's a lovely venue.
