        I have worked with Bluebird care Ferndown now for almost 3 years and although i am the registered manager i can honestly say we have the best most caring team here. They all go above and beyond for our lovely customers to ensure they are receiving the highest standards of care and i am EXTREMELY proud of each and every one of them :)

        Management have no respect for staff out doing the hard work. Underpaid, expected to work even when ill or injured. Many days they don't account for you having a break and expect you to work all day non stop. Terribly run, no appreciation for loyality.
