Jack was recommended to me by my son-in-law. He turned up at really short notice and was friendly, polite and professional the whole time. He was only replacing my shower unit but it turned out to be a nightmare job as the internal stop tap had ceased and he had no access to the mains stop tap. After the water company eventually sorted that, Jack returned to complete the job immediately, efficiently and with no fuss. The whole job took way longer than originally expected as he also replaced the internal stop tap but he was amazing, never once made me feel I was putting him out. I would highly recommend Jack for plumbing work, he was professional and polite and extremely efficient from start to finish, I wouldnt use any other plumber for future work. Service: Shower repair
