I attended for a manual hygienist appointment with Harriet. Not only was it a careful pain free clean, Harriet is charming and very clear about the treatment, hotspots and how to continue good oral hygiene. Before treating me she told me she had consulted my records and explained where I had past difficulties and if I agreed with her! She checked these areas and the rest of my mouth. She explained a ranking system for any problems and gave me a very clear idea of the state of my mouth. I thought her work and her manner exceptional

Arrived via the back entrance for my daughters appointment. I had barely opened the door when the receptionist shouted at me "No! No! You can't come in!!". I then stood and waited at the top of the stairs with two small children with no idea why I had just been so rudely spoken to. When I was eventually let in by another woman, she rudely asked me "Are you all coming in?", as if I would leave my children standing outside at the top of the stairs?. The receptionist did then briefly apologise for shouting at me but only said "sorry about that, but you weren't allowed in". There was no explanation for why and between both women, I felt extremely unwelcome. All this before even entering the dental room! I understand COVID has placed greater restrictions on things but that is no excuse for rudeness. Will not be returning here for my children's or our appointments in future.

Rod Holmes (writing this review) Similar to the previous review by Matt April, at top of stairs got confronted with a very rude and aggressive receptionist, when I politely responded there was no remorse. I must say that Lorna Sanders (my dentist) and her assistant are excellent and would recommend her to anyone where ever she practices. Basically the rest of the staff I have come into contact with are polite. The Owner has since, sent me a letter of apology.
