DPD Bournemouth

Three times on the trot, DPD have not delivered my parcel on the day that has been requested you phone up the depot they come back with an excuse to driver has had to return to Depot or sometimes you get you wasnt in when you was and on the tracker it shows they are in Ferndown depot when you phone customer service they agree with you and tell you yes that driver has told our computer system that you was not in even though the tracker shows that he was in Ferndown depot and this shows a black picture paying for a service that you do not get DPD needs to be taken down

Been in all morning. Driver says no-one home. Takes photo of pillar with flat numbers on. But fails to ring my number??

Second time tried to deliver to wrong part of building, saying called but you were out , my flat number does not exist there so couldn't possibly have ring doorbell so not only brainless but liars to?!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This drive did not even knock or ring the door bell . And I was sat in the lounge next to the door waiting. I then tried to call DPD and they kept hanging up the call. Absolute useless company
