My wife had a very bad experience here today eith a very rude and unhelpful staff member on the self checkout.Will no be returning

I am a regular shopper in the Ferndown branch and have come to recognise the friendly faces of the staff. A week ago I decided to be 'brave' and take my 99 year old mother who incidentally, usually only needs the aid of a trolley, to do a shop. Faced with the challenge of getting her from the car into a wheelchair and attaching a trolley to the front of the chair was going to be quite a task! I needn't have worried as help was at hand and I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and guidance, one young member of staff pushed the wheelchair all the way back to the car and made sure it was safe for my mum to get into the passenger seat. Thank you so much.....

Waste of time going here. Shelves are always empty plus their prices have soared . Customer service is bad too.
