        Having been a victim of online fraud and identity theft over this (2022) Easter weekend,I went into my branch to report and obtain statements etc as instructed by the Police. The manager,a lady called "Jo" was the most unhelpful and deliberately obstructive thing I have ever encountered and certainly not something I expected.I am unable to talk with any living soul within the Lloyds Banking Group,cannot access MY money and I'm still being rinsed. AVOID LLOYDS AT ALL COSTS AND CERTAINLY THE APPALING ''JO'' AT THE FERNDOWN,DORSET BRANCH!
