We have the same problem in getting a response. No common courtesy of keeping us informed of when the job might be finished to our satisfaction after months of waiting and being ignored continually. Gerry I think, is quite possibly, a figment of our imagination as hes so difficult to get a message to or to get him to respond to one. I dont recommend this company. Dont touch this company if you want something doing in a hurry. Their brag of unrivalled customer service - I would hope it is unrivalled as any other company acting like this wouldnt be a company for much longer. Reply to your messages.

One star is too many for this company. Where do I start, we used this company in 2018 and it was a massive mistake. When they finally installed the two gates (front gate and rear electric gate), the front gate is far too heavy for the fixings and is pulling the pier that it is attached to down. The rear metal and wooden gate was not properly commissioned so we dont have the codes for opening it. As well as that, within 2 months the wood started to warp and burst out of the metal framework which meant that it would not run on the rail at all. We have attempted to make contact with the company ever since and have either had our calls ignored or, when they have picked up, been told that Gerry would call us back and this has never happened, even after 2 years of trying. Worst company do not use!
