      • Empress Chan

        Branch is great, space enough for pushchair or wheelchair. Loads of stock, most staff and security are friendly hard working. Stephan, the bald security guard and Zilla are actually very nice hard working individuals there is also a new young guy that works on the weekends he's great too. Wish there was a sign outside saying no entry to the drunk and disorderly though.

        Just made mistake of going in there (27th March late night). Service below poor. (This is the small one on corner of Aristotle Rd. And Clapham High Street.

        One of the coldest nights of the year, a homeless man is freezing outside, discretely receiving contributions from people as they pass the shop. Staff respond not by helping him but by making him leave the area around the shop. Inhumane.
