The trainee drinks manager needs to learn manners he has an air of prejudice and treated us bad when we kindly asked for some more alcohol (with another member of staff) in the cocktail as it was so very weak. We were prepared to pay for the extras but this nasty rude person interrupted the conversation and was very rude and abrupt telling us we couldnt have it but in an aggressive manner which I do not expect from a manager especially when we were not be rude in the first instance. I know why he treated us like that and he really should not be working in this area as you can tell he doesnt like certain types of people. We used to go there all the time but that will be our last visit! Further more turtle bay obviously know that they are robbing people with the cocktails as they all taste like juice with no alcohol in it. Its disgusting how they take your money and give nothing back!

I have been here on a number of occasions, and it's always great food,not complicated, just tasty. This time round, it was really difficult to get a waiter's attention. There only seemed to be two, but the place was big, and then only one started getting orders. However, the drinks were great, and I highly recommended the colada with the ribs
