        Absolutely useless service, never on time, always need to collect from the office as they are absolutely inefficient in delivering to home address and always long queues in front of that delivery office.. Certainly need to look into how they are doing business and do something to motivate their staff who all move like zombies.

        They havent left me a something for you card. Because of that, I cant collect my item. I had to ask for re-delivery. And I still havent got my parcel.

        Waited 30 minutes just to be told my parcel is not there despite me being given the card saying it is. Absolute joke

        Awful service. Postman provided a card through the door without trying the bell first. Then I cant pick the item up from here because they shut at 16:00 on a work day...you cant make it up. The phone line doesnt work either.
