Helpful, courteous and friendly service from all Banks staff. Obvious time management skills enabled them to fit me into their busy schedule and deal with my emergency at short notice. Uma Patel is outstanding as an optometrist. Knowledgeable, competent and professional but also emotionally intelligent with her clients. I will definitely use Banks from now on for all my eye needs.

My daughter had check up with optometrist for glasses and contact lenses. When I phoned for appointment, I was told that all will cost 70, and just a day after when my daughter went there, they asked her to pay 95. They never give her prescription for contact lenses, because she was moving away for the University , and there was no time to try the trial lenses. I told them we are going to buy contact lenses online, no need for trial, but we never got the prescription we paid for. My daughter phoned them again and asked trhem at least if they can email her the trial lenses, and still nothing. She was told that it is not good for the business if she does not buys lenses from them. They just take money from you, and you don't get the service you pay for just because you planning to buy glasses or lenses from someone else.
