Vi's Nails

Ridiculous!!!! The lady spoke such poor English on the phone I didnt understand her when she said I could not bring my elderly grandmother because the place is not ensured. So we book our cab and get there immediately she says no no I can not do!! I was so flabbergasted. I asked what she meant then another lady came and spoke better English and explained. Terrible shop! They then even called me back to change her mind to then do the shellac take off but because of how they spoke beforehand I was very uncomfortable and declined. The look on the other customers faces was also shocked and confused as to why they wouldnt see my grandma. I then had to wait to go to another nail salon. I asked my grandmother if she wanted anything from the shop, whilst I was gone they told her we couldnt eat in the shop when we did not and wasnt planning to. VERY BAD!!!!

Small place, a bit messy, but received a decent service. The nail tech was friendly and considerate of what I asked for. 35 for a full set of gel acrylics. Will go back.
