Really bad bank. I had some fraudulent transactions from bogus Uber Eats in another country. Explained to the bank, asked them to block my card and pay attention, because I have no account with these services. They investigated and approved a refund. Yet they allowed several more identical bogus payments to go through AFTER that. They promised to refund these fraudulent transactions five months ago. I call once a month only to hear that the refund will be issued shortly. Still NOTHING FOR FIVE MONTHS.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star tbh. Extremely unprofessional. Walked in and was left standing around as if I was invisible. Was finally served, reluctantly. Everyone was In laughs and giggles behind the till. These people are handling our money for crying out loud! Was shocked to see a member of staff walking around in a Durag. Overall, very unwelcoming and as a result will be closing my account and changing bank.
