Extremely happy with the service received from Ellis Winters. A very helpful lady organised a visit by Liam Upton, Branch Manager, yesterday and Liam was very professional, yet approachable and friendly, throughout. We had been on the market for over a year with another estate agent and were approached by Ellis winters to see if they could help with the sale of our house after opening their office in Fenstanton. We are so pleased that we decided to move with them, the service we have received from both Liam and Steph has been fantastic, not only have they been able to sell our house in 3 months but also find and secure us a property. One thing we really liked was the communication, we had weekly updates from Steph letting us know what they were doing to try and sell our house and always provided feedback from viewings quickly. We felt very involved in the whole process and couldn't be happier. Thank you both.

Excellent professional service. At all times we felt totally involved in the process. Our house was sold on the first viewing and this was down to the local knowledge of the market and potential buyers. I would recommend Ellis Winters to anyone wishing to sell their house in the local area.
