Appointment arranged for today between 9am -1pm waited in all morning , just rang to confirm they are still coming and the agent said there was a note to say the surveyor had visited at 10.30am and had reported there was no one answering the door and no reply on phone , I havent left the house all morning so if someone had tried the bell or knocked they couldnt have tried very hard and , on checking the phone number on record it was down as a wrong number ( 2 digits round wrong way ) so the surveyor hadnt called my number at all . The lady I spoke to when I called was very pleasant and helpful and not at fault at all so my review is not a reflection of her personally but more on the system as if someone calls and doesnt get a reply they could leave a card at least to notify of missed visit that way I could have avoided having to stay in all morning for nothing and contacted to make another appointment and avoid the company having to send out unnecessary letters . Very very frustrating and also not good for the surveyor having wasted visit . Maybe when appointment is made contact details should be checked routinely .

A really nice polite chap turned up at my door, explaining why he was there.an appointment was prearranged that I had forgotten about. He explained what he needed to do and I left him to it.my animals adored him especially the German Shepherd.it was love at first sight for the both of them.very professional and courteous
