We engaged James to draw up and get planning permission for an extension to our house. James listened to our requirement and helped keep us to the objectives through the process. We found him very patient with us. He worked efficiently and was happy to meet up to discuss new ideas and changes to the plan as they arose. Our plans went through planning without issue thanks to Jamess knowledge of the local planning rules. He has since remained supportive as we move into the build phase of our plan. We would recommend James and would have no doubt in using his services again should the need arise.

I cannot recommend James highly enough. He was always available from the first point of contact to provide advice and support regarding all aspects of the design and planning of the project. Queries were responded to quickly and efficiently and the overall quality of service was outstanding

I would thoroughly recommend James from Connollydesign. We were unsure of how we were going to develop our property and James offered us very good advice with regards to our different options. James worked with us to come up with some initial ideas/designs showing us different potential layouts. We were then able to work through the different pros and cons and rough budget implications. He then worked with great efficiency, flexibility and patience (which I think was needed with us !) until we had the perfect design for our situation. Following this, he also helped us to get through the planning process as this was our first development. Very professional throughout with competitive rates.
