        The worst customer service ever experienced...and not on one occasion, every time I have been in. The most un professional owner who wouldn't know customer service if it slapped him in the face. A village shop/post office should be the hub of a village (and it used to be) now it is just a disgrace. It is the staff I feel sorry for, they try their best, but have no hope when their leader/trainer has no interest in or ability to serve...a disgrace to the reputation of the Post Office
