An excellent workout program for a mum in maternity leave, I enjoyed every single minute of it! I definitely recommend the class in Cambridge, very friendly and professional! And the babies were having fun too! I will miss these Wednesdays as I am back to work now.

Sweaty Mama Cambridge got me back into fitness (finally) after becoming a mum! Although its been awhile since childbirth, I never managed to find the time for regular workouts. With my local Sweaty Mama class, I was able to finally get back into a regular work out routine bringing my little one along (who loved the music and dance moves!) I love that its super relaxed, kids can join or do their own thing, and that I was able to develop more stamina. Once things got going, it became so much easier to work out regularly and progress. I try to get to the live classes, but love that the program has recordings I can go back to. Overtime, I have been able to progress even more to 3-5 workouts a week. (I had been doing about 3-5/year). The online versions, esp. Cardio and boot camp classes have been a lifeline and major mood booster throughout 2020 and 2021!
