        Called in hysteria about my puppy breaking his paw, even explained that I understood their polices (may not be able to handle certain conditions and off base vets are preferred in these cases) and they didnt even call me back? You could have called and recommended a reliable off base veterinarian? I had been up since 4 a.m., unable to get anyone to see him under emergent conditions as the many ads/off base vets claimed to provide. Finally started driving from place to place and thank goodness I finally found someone! Yes his paw is fractured and requires surgery ASAP.
