Harrowden Turf Ltd

We had purchased two pallets of their Jubilee Turf, and the pallets arrived just before 2:00 as per the delivery slot of 11:00 - 2:00, We laid out one pallet on the day of delivery, see the pictures to get an idea of the quality of the turf!! it looked like the palate was loaded too early on to the truck or was left out too long in the hot truck, the grass looks fully burnt, we tried getting a refund just for one pallet as it was our fault we didn't lay out the second pallet on the same day, but they refused to acknowledge the fact that one pallet was laid out on the same day, We had multiple gardeners confirm that grass cannot get this spoiled so soon! I have given up on getting a refund and thought would warn other potential buyers of the rubbish quality

300 square metres of jubilee turf arrived on 21st October on time,all communications great, turf all of the highest quality everything was just perfect I cant recommend this turf supplier enough Thank you
