Always used vip parking always had excellent service but this time we had a nightmare. Rang for car they brought the wrong car phoned to ask where my car was told I hadnt left it with them couldnt understand man on other end of phone. He kept putting phone down on me after 1and a half hours and the threat of the police had my car delivered when asked if I could see where my car was kept phone put down again so disappointed

Left our vehicle with them and they caused over 2000 worth of damage and used the vehicle for personal use and to pick up other colleagues from the terminal., we have all of this evidence on a dash cam.
We contacted them about this and they have ignored us and now we have to take the company to court to recover the costs!
