We rented a car for 11 days this April. The car was clean and everything worked fine. Getting and giving the car back was unproblematic and fast, of course they want to sell you more insurances, but it is totally up to you. The only downside is, that it is quite far to walk with heavy luggage and crossing a big roundabout without a footpath or traffic light is not for the faint of heart. So I'd recommend if you travel with other people, that only one gets the car and picks up the others with the luggage at the airport.

STAY AWAY!!!!! There was no shuttle bus to take us as advertised. Then when I called them, the lady was rude on the phone from the start, telling me to use Google maps to find them as I was the first ever person who didnt understand her instructions. Then she informed me she didnt have my reservation, and when we finally arrived at the agency, she told me the booking had been cancelled, but offered to upgrade me to a car for 1,500 but which had not been valetted and not full of petrol. When I questioned her odd offer, the lady answered she didnt want to rent the car to me as I was rude and erratic. Ive paid nearly 400 which Ive now lost out of nothing and honestly Ive never had to do with such rude customer service. These people are crooks. Stay away from them. One last thing- they tell you in their review response to contact them to settle the matter privately. They dont bother responding to messages this way. ABSOLUTE THIEVES & CROOKS.
