Prepaid a rental car. When we went to pick up car, my booking had been cancelled. I had entered the wrong pick up time. The manager said we also hadnt provided the flight number. Looking at the paperwork later, we saw we had provided flight number and contact details. We were left high and dry on bank holiday weekend. Green Motion attitude was tough luck! We also didnt receive a refund. I learnt prepaying a booking doesnt reserve you the car and to be very careful about entering your details. * Just to respond to your answer below. If you are referring to my driving license. It is valid. I didnt get a chance to give you my a copy of license as you had already cancelled my booking. I guess you are worried my review makes your company look very bad (rightfully so in my opinion) and are trying to invent reasons for cancelling my prepaid booking. Shame on you

Excellent service,prompt,polite,and friendly. Car was great with quick pick-up and return. No problems. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

The initial price seems like a good deal but it's not worth it. And if you do decide to use them make sure you buy the insurance online when booking otherwise its a hefty fee on car pick up. ALSO PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT. The terminal bus does not go to the office which is a hike down the road, a part unmade path, a steep hill and with luggage be assured its a nightmare. The fact they will collect you is not stressed enough in their email so we walked and it's 20 minutes minimum and with luggage it's a stress. The office is a bit shabby. The car was fine, new, clean and tidy inside. On our return my wife who has MS could not contemplate nor manage taking the car back to the office so I dropped her off and drove down to the office. The walk back up the hill is hideous. Travelling is bad enough without the stress of this. There was no offer to transport me back to the airport. Unfortunately we received a fine for dropping off in a drive in for an office? so do be aware there are camera's and staff in cars with cameras circling around the airport so do not risk it. We accepted the fine of 60, and paid it but Green Motion charge a 68 admin fee! 68 for doing what? sending an email to us? We should have gone with Hertz or one of the bigger outfits with an office at the terminal and cars ready to pick up.
