Budget Car Hire

So, I just switched rental at the Bristol airport branch of Budget. Drop off: Impeccable Went in to get the new rental, same name and everything: Horrible experience. I unfortunately cannot remember her name, Laqisha or perhaps Amber - it would absolutely go well with her attitude - denied me the second rental as I could not producere a passport (I used it to get the first rental), I had the correct creditcard and drivers license, but no, my crime was so foul that not even a copy of my passport would do. I tried to come up with solutions to me now being stranded at the not so scenic car rental center - all shot down with the snarky comment that it was my own fault for not having read the fine print. After a 2 hour taxi-ride to retrive my passport I could finally get the second rental. A young Gent, Ollie, took Care of it, Great guy, and the only reason this review wasnt 1 star.

Excellent facilities, selection of cars, shuttle from the airport. Customer service brilliant.

I strongly suggest to avoid Budget at Bristol airport. I returned the car at 10am, the worker took the keys and said I don't have to sign anything. Then I received an invoice for an additional rental day because she put the wrong hour of return (2pm instead of 10am). They charged the money for an additional day and didn't respond to my complaint even though I sent them my airplane boarding pass clearly stating I couldn't have returned the car a few hours after my flight departed... It's just disappointing they treat people like this. They have CCTV in that office and didn't even bother to confirm I returned the keys on time...
