Alamo Rent A Car - Bristol Airport

We rented a great car for our weekend stay in Bristol. The checkout was fast and efficient and I was especially thankful for Jo who helped us out with an issue we had related to the return of our car. A five star employee and a great experience here in Bristol overall. See you next time!

Do not rent from them! I returned my vehicle bang on time, yet the paperwork was filed a few minutes after and they charged me for an extra day. Theyll take what they can from your 200 deposit, so dont expect it back, even when you take really good care of the vehicle!

BAD BAD EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY!!! BOOKED DIRECTLY ON THE ALAMO WEBSITE A MONTH BEFORE A QASHQAI (OR SIMILAR) STRICTLY WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. WE ARRIVED ON 12/28/22 THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR AND THEY OFFERED US ANOTHER WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSION. AFTER REPEATED PUSHING A SKODA SUPERB (OTHER CATEGORY) CAR WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION COMES OUT WITH A DIFFERENCE OF OVER 150. THE SELLER, CONSIDERING HIS ERROR, GUARANTEES US THAT ON DELIVERY OF THE CAR HE WILL REFUND THE 150 POUNDS DIFFERENCE. WITH THE MACHINE DELIVERED A WEEK LATER, WE REMIND THE SALESMAN THAT THE 150 SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US; SHE RESPONDS THAT THEY WILL SURELY BE RETURNED. AFTER DAYS AND DAYS OF REPEATED EMAIL REQUESTS, WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY... THEY STOLEN OUR MONEY!
