Two members of staff on duty when my wife and I tried to buy drinks before our morning flight. A young lady who couldn't be more pleasant. Very professional and welcoming. Took the order and interacted with us representing the franchise in a very positive light. Her colleague, a young male who shouldn't be customer facing.
Serious attitude problem and probably better suited to working with irritated baboons.

The manager and the waitress with dark hair were really bad! Theyr rolling theyr eyes and talking very rude to us. Also we asked for our dine in order to change it for takeaway BUT they didnt have takeaway boxes so we had no choice but to leave our untouched food!!! Please please NEVER try to eat there, spend your precious money elsewhere. Again, horrible service from the manager and waitress, and No takeaway boxes!!!
