Expected to call each day until I can get appointment with a doctor. Work everyday so this is very stressful to say the least.

Today I have tried 7 times to call the admin office and still no reply, the nurse who came to see my relative says that there is someone in the office, what use is a phone if no one ever answers, it could be important, this in any the first time this has occurred , this is a surgery with a pharmacy and the only way to contact the doctor is to be put on list for them to call you back, which they can not do if no one answers the phone, as I mentioned this isnt a one off occurrence
