I left a review way back when I got my PfCO qualification. That was for their warm, friendly approach, along with their passion and teaching skills. This is a follow up to the review, based their continued support. In short, their after care is bloody brilliant. Really helpful when Im a little unsure of something on a risk assessment, I just get in touch with them via Facebook or email, and always receive a quick, detailed, response. They keep me updated with changes in the industry, in an easy-to-understand way. For a small business like ours, this is invaluable. I can just get on running the business.
