    Absolutely disgusting experience by AJAY, Was on his personal phone whilst serving me. Kept needing to repeat was I was saying. Made my sandwich on a dirty tray, I ask or him to make sure my sandwich does not touch the sauce on the tray. His said its just sauce, and I said I understand but I dont want my sandwich touching it. He brought it up again when putting sauce on my food, he accused me of saying that I told him I was allergic to mayo. I also asked for hash browns separately, and again repeatedly had to ask me because he couldnt hear what I said as he had AirPods in. Once payed, I sat down to eat, the hash brown was completely cold. I put it on top of the counter and it slipped, he started shouting saying I threw it at him. This proceeded for about 5 minutes. Began to a involve other customers, other customers kept quite. I told him theres no need to involve other people, although hes the professional. Then he said I can check camera so I said go for it. Wasted another 5 minutes of my time, he wasnt checking cameras he was on the phone. He came back without saying what he was doing and I asked him if hes giving me a refund. I didnt ask for I refund I just wanted my food heated up, he did what he assumed. Then he started saying I am not rude I told him that I didnt want to further escalate the situation and I wanted to leave. He wouldnt be quite, he continued. The refund was cash and yet I paid by card, I asked for a car refund and he denied it with no reason. I said can you ask you manager, he said he was the manager. I then said so who were you speaking to, he said his boss. I wasnt aware that theres a difference between manager and boss. He was absolutely disgusting in terms of his customer service, I have never ever experienced anything like that. Safe to say subway to not care about the individuals they hire. The experience was overwhelming, tiring and overall appalling.
