Rude and obnoxious staff, truly vile treatment of customers. Treats people like lepers not respectfuly as customers deserve to be treated. Yesterday sending a prepaid parcel was a headache for him (using his words not mine) , today giving me a proof of posting was another "headache" and yet telling me that many post offices do not even give the proof of posting, which is a lie as I have never had any problems obtaining one. Every customer is entitled to obtain such a certificate of posting when asks for it. It is beyond my comprehension how such a person with no basic manners nor customer handling skills , adaptability, positivity, empathy or self control gets a license to run a post office counter ? Sheer rudeness and arrogance. Avoid at every cost.
