        Went to the Feltham store with intention to buy two beds but the lack of professionalism, salesman-ship and the eagerness to assist by the sales person on the shop floor there had me leave the show room as quickly as I got in. If Dreams is serious to stay in business it needs to train and upgrade its sales teams. Initial questions put forward to the salesman was shrugged off saying he had no idea what material the bed was made out off. If I am spending over a 1000 on a bed I am expecting confidence from the salesmen. This has just pushed me to go shopping to other competitor stores.

        Hi there, We have been to the Feltham branch we got a very good mattress for ourselves and our son. Bhupen served us , he was very knowledgeable about the product . I told him that my husband got back issue then he asked us to sleep on the automated bed when computer gave result, from there Bhupen suggested us couple of the best mattress which is mainly focused on my husbands back problem .Bhupen gave us brilliant customer service, well knowledgeable about the product , very calm and good listener. The way he explained every product in every tiny detail thats was very appreciated. I will definitely come back to Bhupen and recommend to my family and friends as well about Bhupen . Appreciated your time and patience Bhupen . Thank you so much Bhupen !! God bless you .

        Staff is very friendly. They had all the knowledge what they are selling and when arrived, greet us with smile and ask for assistance and offer coffee or tea while processing the purchase

        Served by the knowledgeable and helpful 'Guy'. After a session on the 'Sleepmatch', several mattress recommendations were returned. We tried all of them and quickly came to a conclusion; they were all good. It just came down to choice and budget. After a conference with my wife a choice was made and delivery arranged. Now for the suprise, the selected mattress was on offer and so was 50% off. I saved so much that I bought a second mattress for my wife's daughter so that was a bonus. The whole experience was pleasant and unrushed, refreshments were served at checkout and all staff were friendly and welcoming.
