Their customer service is non-existent. Unable to reach them via telephone as they haven't even got an updated contact number on their website. My partner ordered a running machine. The driver came and attempted delivery when we was at work without prior notice of delivery just a text in the day and there is no option to reschedule on the app it's only email, telephone or live chat which doesn't connect to anyone, nobody answers its as if nobody works there. We haven't received our package in 4 weeks and it was advertised as 3-5 working days delivery timescale. Due to no method of contact my partner is forced to request refund from the bank. Tracking facilities are useless and don't offer any suitable reschedule method as only means of contact is via email and they still haven't replied. It feels almost like a scam and company tick boxes only to make it look legit. I wouldn't buy anything that uses xdp tracking ever again. The fact the customer service is non-existent is deeply concerning for any future customers.
