Superdrug

The store staff are fraud. Be very mindful while collecting the click and collect order from Feltham Store. They will tell you that out of your 3 products 1 is is not in stock. Insist you for refund and if you need the product and they will ask you to wait till next delivery and assure you to call back but this will never happen. Infact, if you ever go to that store asking for the product they will say in the system it is showing that delivered. They are running some kind of scam in the store the expensive items are never in stock even though those products will be available in the store on superdrug app. On top of everything the store knows that customer service agents are equally unhelpful. They will send you to send and ask you to resolve yourself and store will say a Big NO for everything. Extremely scared to ever shop from Superdrug and especially Feltham store.

In Superdrug yesterday the staff on the shop floor were helpful but when I went to pay the assistant didn't look up, say hello or thank you - in fact no words exchanged between us at all. She didn't even give me eye contact and I thought this was rude. If I were giving stars for her service she would be lucky to get one, I only put 3 because the other assistant to spoke to me was polite and helpful
