The worst GP in Feltham

I am giving one star because there is no zero. I am with this practice for ten years now. I thought that it will be better but it goes worse. Once the doctor told me if I am not happy with the service to go to MY Country. Today after long waiting on the phone I got a conversation with the receptionist. She explain me generally the case but I did not understand some important details. After one minute she lost her patience and she just hang up the phone. Scandalous!! Bye - bye, practice, I am leaving you!

I would choose 0 stars if I could. The doctor are always in a hurry and what to say about reception? Those old ladies are so rude to the patient, they have no manners!! Not even hello, they are always upset when they talk to you and it kinds of make you be rude back to them, because they always seems annoyed and if you ask for something they answer is very rude or ironic.

The doctor has refused to speak to my mother after the receptionist said she will call her from a day ago and handed the explanation of results to the practice manager who is not a doctor. She has refused to handle the care and management of my mum health directly and only advises her to go to AnE as the solution for her recent issues, even after been checked by AnE few times in the last week. This is a poor patient care and the GP is Dr Kumaran.

Both Mr and Mrs eyes and nice great doctors I have no problem with them at all 15years with them
