They nearly killed me. Him and his wife. I dont and cant understand how they are still running this practice? Im diabetic and have been coughing for 4 weeks. They only gave me a phone appointment (bare in mind I already have a health concern diabetes) and dismissed me with amoxicillin (his wife dr kumaran) which I advised her as I said it might be bronchitis. The antibiotics finished after 7 days. I called her husband Dr.Kumaran advised Im still coughing. Over the phone he said lets see after 10 days if itll go away. No in person appointment, No X-ray nothing. Few days later I vomitted blood and was rushed to the A&E and developed Pneumonia. All due to my practice not taking care of me quicker or taking x-ray quicker or seeing me in person. They are known to do telephone appointments only and dismiss patients. Even high risk. So yeah I was in hospital for 1 week and slowly recovering now with West Middlesex hospital. Please get this practice closed. Peoples lifes are at RISK!!!! I mean look at the reviews for yourself NHS.

I'd been with this practice for over 10 years, although the Dr's were polite and somewhat helpful (when they're not rushing you out the door) the receptionist were rude and difficult to speak to. Appointments and a repeat prescription were always hard to arrange. The lines are always busy and the wait time for an appointment can go over atleast 30 minutes.

Very rude receptionists. No matter what they will always find way to upset you. Never any good word, please, thank you, you're welcome, how are you, nice to see you, hope you get better soon.. nothing! They will tell patients off but themself are million times worst! Looks like all new receptionist are being trained the same way by the old ones. What about patients satisfaction? Those women are seriously depressed and hate patients or this job! They act as the doctors themselves at least. They ruin all the experience of coming to the surgery. And I don't even come there to see THEM. Ask for water and get a favour instead. Doctors running late all the time but you will never hear sorry! Doctors rush and don't even spent 5 min with the patient not to mention 10! Will not let you expain the illness just rush and have you out asap. When complained say it's NHS fault! Have been with them 10 years but seriously the time is up.
