        HMC Feltham , Bad customer service - wrong attitude from the young receptionist. She doesn't know the basics , we are not McDonald customers we are their patients

        It's the worse GP practice around, simply due to the duty of care and the reseptionists are AWFUL. 1 star is to good.

        I never had a problem with this GP, neither my husband. We are registrer for few years. Never had problem with answer the phone. The longest time I waiting was 15 mins on the line. Always helpful, we have good doctor. If I need some test, they giving me tests. If I need antibiotic - same, they are prescribing me antibiotic. Never had a issues. 5 stars from me and my husband.
