This practice is a joke you can never get an appointment when you need one its all done over telephone and every time you ring up you can never get through need more medication but can't use nhs app because the medication hasn't been up dated from hospital avoid this practice

I have a newborn baby and I would like to book Emergency appointment. I called and the woman with Eastern European accent wasnt helpful at all. She did not ask questions to find out what wrong and how they can help me. Only what she was repeating it was your baby is not registered with us yes, we need registration from from you and this is the reason why we cant book appointment for your baby. Shes not even listening me when I said I have this form with me and I can bring it in next few minutes. Im very disappointed with service and this person should not work with GP or at the reception if she even not willing to help. Only procedure and paperwork!!!!

The absolute worst and most unhelpful GP service I have ever used. From the doctors to the reception staff. Everything is too much effort for them (even to answer the phone). Avoid this place like the plague (or if you have it)!!! Better off going to see a pharmacist. I will never use this poor excuse for a GP service again!!!
