The guy I find him to be condescending most times, well today and he had again really patronising way of talking. Am I happy about this? Of course not. Can I speak to him this way? I highly doubt it. Well I kept my mouth shut, I don't know this guy and I'm just here to use the Post Office. He could tell I wasn't happy with how he speaks to me. He insisted I answer "do I find him rude?". He asked me more than once, I just wanted to be in and out but he insists I answer. So I'm honest - "sometimes yes" thinking we will have a conversation. Well no, he refused to allow me to use the Royal Mail service taking my answer personally. I did not confront you to tell you you are rude you asked me, insisting I answer meaning you're aware that your communication is not the best.
Also why ask if you don't want a constructive conversation around it? You should ask me why I'm thinking this way as a customer. Who am I to you that you escalate the situation in such a personal way?
I think it's wrong that you use your personal feelings to block me from using Royal Mail service in the area. So I have to endure your patronising manner of talking every time I want to use the Post Office? And you coerce answers out of me, and flare up when you don't hear something you agree with after applying pressure on me to answer? Blocking me from using a national product/ service? Are you authorised in your contract with Royal Mail to ban people from using Royal Mail services based on confrontational situations that you initiated?
