Horrible experience each time over the past few transactions I had to do in this branch. Lead by the branch manager some of the staff in the branch is a disgrace and fail to provide a basic level of customer service for which they are hired by nationwide. Branch manager keeps saving up 50 note at the back and cashiers will try to offer 20 note or rudely put you off by saying we have very few 50 notes and they are only the older 50 notes. Question is to nationwide as a organisation that is this level of service acceptable !!! on multiple occasions your Feltham branch has no newer 50 notes for a 600 - 800 transaction? Also very surprisingly this branch has only female staff and no male staff ?

Had a fairly negative customer service experience with one of the staff talking to me in a condescending and disrespectful tone over a simple request that any other bank that I have accounts with have no problems fulfilling said request. As a matter of fact, I had actually visited another branch, for another bank that Im with, situated directly nearby which managed to carry out the same request with greater efficiency and overall polite service. While I would still continue banking with Nationwide, Im glad that this isnt my main bank, nor do I use any of the other banking services here anymore, and instead I now use services instead provided by other banks. Already starting to dislike using Nationwide for a lot of problematic reasons, but my most recent visit was unpleasant and made me more appreciative for not using Nationwide as my predominant mode of banking.

Friendly staff and located on the high street. Never crowded when I went and quick service. Parking can be a problem.

I recently popped Into the branch to ask about opening an account. An amazing women helped me behind the counter and advised me of what Id need to do and gave me options on different ways of investing my money. She was kind and made me feel welcome. Im old and it was nice of her to spend time with me. This lovely young lady was called Vikki I believe and I have now opened an account.
