Very warm and welcoming, the ladies are chatty and make you feel like family and not a client which is lovely, the haircut & blow dry was brilliant, I came out feeling beautiful & the neck shoulder and head massage took away 20yrs of parenting in half an hour! I have done my legs, arms and face wax there , it was lovely and great experience with them . I loved this place as it is not much expensive, and the way they treat their clients also amazing and friendly staff . The lady who did my waxing very friendly and did great job as as it painless, and professional, i found my legs and arms smooth after waxing even my face as well . I so happy with them and I appreciate their work and job . Thank you so much for the service.

I have visited Jas for years but not sure I will again after today. The woman in there today ( not Jas) is rude and unhelpful. She gives priority to people of the same ethnicity to go ahead of you and speaks over you in her own language. *added after response. Other customers time management is not my responsibility. This was definitely race related. I will be taking further action as your apology is as bad as your service.
